Common problems and how to fix them.
Generation shows “failed”
Usually a temporary AI engine timeout. Retry the same prompt 1–2 minutes later — your credits are not deducted. If it keeps failing, contact support and we’ll re-issue the credits.
Playback stutters or pauses
Check your internet connection, then try another browser. Chrome and Safari give the best playback quality. In the mobile app, fully close and reopen the app.
The download button is disabled
Downloads activate only after the track finishes generating. Wait until the status bar reads “Ready”. If it has been over an hour and still not ready, contact support.
The mobile app shows a Maintenance screen
This appears during planned maintenance. It usually lasts 5–15 minutes. Watch our status page or wait for the in-app notification.
I get a “Connection error” when signing in
Check your internet connection and the system clock on your device (needed for SSL certificate validation). If both are fine, tap “Test connection” on the login page and send us the resulting message.
