How do I change my password?
Sign in and go to Dashboard → Account → Security to set a new password using your current one. If you forgot it, use the Reset password link on the login page.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Dashboard → Upgrade lists monthly and yearly tiers. Checkout runs through Lemon Squeezy; after a successful payment the plan activates instantly.
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds available within 14 days of the most recent payment. Full terms at mugam.ai/terms.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Dashboard → Settings → Subscription. The current billing period keeps the plan active; auto-renewal stops.
I can’t complete a payment, what now?
Check your card limit, currency, and the details you entered. Some banks block international charges by default — contact yours. Still stuck? Email mugamoffical@gmail.com for alternative payment methods.
